Claire is a qualified solicitor in both Australia and the UK and has worked exclusively in the area of family law and child protection for over 10 years. She practices in matters relating to:

• children and parenting;
• divorce and separation;
• property settlement;
• family law litigation; and
• family dispute resolution/mediation.

While working in the UK, Claire had extensive experience in complex parenting matters, including cases involving family violence, parental alienation and other safeguarding issues in relation to children. 

Claire understands that family separation can be an emotional time for clients and is focused on resolving matters in a practical and empathetic manner. She has worked with victims of family violence and abuse and is dedicated to achieving outcomes that are in the best interests of children and their families.
