Gianna is one of our lawyers working in the areas of Wills, trusts and estates and property law.

Estate Planning

Gianna works with our clients in the development of an Estate Plan to manage their requirements during their lifetime, always taking their individual circumstances into account.

Gianna will assist her clients with the preparation of all estate planning documents, including:

• Wills (with or without Discretionary Testamentary Trusts);
• Enduring Powers of Attorney;
• Appointments of Enduring Guardian with Advance Health Care Directives; and
• funeral wishes.

In the area of trusts, Gianna handles a number of matters relating to variations and appointments under Trust Deeds.

Deceased Estates

Gianna works closely with executors to assist in the administration of deceased estates. She provides comprehensive guidance on managing the probate process, distributing assets, and fulfilling the legal obligations of an executor.

Gianna’s goal is to ensure that all estate matters are handled efficiently and with sensitivity, helping families navigate this often complex and emotional time with clarity and support.

Property Law

In the area of property law, Gianna has assisted her clients in both the successful purchase and/or sale of residential and commercial properties, ensuring that they achieve a positive outcome when dealing with what is often one of the most important financial transactions in their lives.
