Leah’s primary areas of practice:

Leah is one of our lawyers working in the areas of property, Wills, trusts and estate law. Having worked as a legal assistant at E&A Lawyers throughout her studies, Leah brings an extensive practical understanding to her work in these areas.

Property Law

Leah supports her clients through the purchase and sale of both residential and commercial properties. She strives to ensure transactions are processed timely and effectively, understanding the significance of these transactions in her clients’ financial lives.

Estate Planning

Leah works with clients to create estate plans tailored to meet their needs throughout their lifetime, with close attention to their unique circumstances.

Leah assists clients in preparing all essential estate planning documents, including:

  • Wills (with or without Discretionary Testamentary Trusts);
  • Enduring Powers of Attorney;
  • Appointments of Enduring Guardian with Advance Health Care Directives; and
  • funeral wishes.

In matters of trusts, Leah manages variations and appointments under Trust Deeds with expertise. Her practical and compassionate approach ensures that clients experience a smooth and effective process in addressing their legal needs.

Deceased Estates

Leah works closely with executors to assist them in administering deceased estates. She offers direction in navigating the probate process, distributing proceeds, and fulfilling the legal responsibilities of an executor.

Leah is committed to ensuring estate matters are managed efficiently and sensitively, providing clarity and support to families during what is often a challenging and emotional time.
